Short explanations of terms used in VeroLex product and deployment information.
- Cited source
- A document referenced in an answer. In legal work, check its text, current version and relevance to the particular matter.
- Document analysis
- Working with a document's content, such as finding passages, summarising or comparing clauses. AI output requires verification.
- Organisational knowledge
- Documents, notes, procedures and previous team decisions used as working context.
- Cloud / SaaS
- Software supplied as an internet service. The offer and agreement define its scope and data processing terms.
- On-premises
- Software installed in customer infrastructure. The installation model alone does not establish every security or processing condition.
- Data retention
- The agreed period for keeping data and the rules for deleting it. Details should be specified for the deployment.
